My Philosophy

My approach combines the science of clinical nutrition with the art of functional medicine. Together, I look at you as a WHOLE person, seeking to understand the "why" behind your health concerns. â€‹â€‹

The Process

  1. Book a free 15-minute discovery call where I get to learn about your health concerns and goals and you get to learn a bit more about my approach. 

  2. Schedule your 90-minute initial consultation where we will take a deep dive into your health story, lab results (if applicable), and lifestyle to create your personalized plan.

  3. Access to functional testing such as the DUTCH test (hormones), GI-MAP (digestion), and other advanced panels are available when clinically appropriate to help guide targeted interventions. Please note: these tests are optional and come at an additional cost.

  4. Ongoing support

    • Following your initial consultation we will schedule a 45- minute follow up appointment to go over my ​​findings (I categorize your top nutritional and lifestyle areas of focus based off of all the information collected during the initial consultation), and together we begin to identify a tailored roadmap with actionable steps to help you achieve your goals. 

    • From here I offer 30-minute follow up appointments as a way to provide ongoing support for each of my clients.
